Deposit
Eine Anzahlung von 50% des Gesamtbetrags ist innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Buchungsbestätigung fällig.
Cancellation
Kostenlose Stornierung bis 3 Tage vor Anreise. Danach werden 50% des Gesamtbetrags berechnet.

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (other times by arrangement)
Check-out
8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (other times by arrangement)
Key handover
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort. Bitte melden Sie sich 60 Minuten vor Anreise telefonisch.
Crib/Extra bed
Babybett und Zustellbett auf Anfrage verfügbar.
Pets
Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen. Es fällt eine Reinigungspauschale von 50€ an.
Parking
Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht direkt am Haus zur Verfügung.
Tourist tax and other local fees
Kurtaxe in Höhe von 2.50 EUR
